Working Hours: 8.00am – 4.30pm (Monday – Friday)
We are looking for an Experienced Facilities Maintenance Planner for a Food Manufacturer on behalf of our Engineering Facilities Management client.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Support and develop Key elements of the Facilities Engineering systems on the sites including:
• Engineering Systems e.g. asset management, works planning, preventive maintenance, KPIs
• Coordinate and control work requests across the sites
• To plan and schedule all PM and work activities. These include:
• Creating a daily / weekly plan using CMMS (Holistech)
• PPM adherence to plan in time
• Work order adherence to plan
• Allocation and control of work orders to service engineers
• Manning utilisation improvements
• Document control
• Liaison between sites Operational / Engineering planning and Facilities Engineering
• Support Facilities Engineering Manager in delivering the best service & compliance
INTRINSIC REQUIREMENTS OF ROLE
This position will require candidates to have an engineering or similar background and administration experience in order to deliver the key elements of the role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementation of asset management best practise. Standardisation and Development of preventive Maintenance.
- Be the single point of accountability for organising and reviewing weekly planning meetings.
- Support the PPM program, OEE Improvement. Improvement of Equipment availability MTBF
- Document and implement project management best practise on site including measurement, reporting, procedures and plans, Work closely with the Facilities Engineering Manager and the Site Managers to develop effective systems to complete work requests and PPMs
- Allocate work requests and PPMs to service engineers and manage jobs completion. Liaise with Central accounts team and order parts as required.
- Management and control of contractors in compliance with group and site work safety procedures. Generate equipment and people performance reports.
- Produce KPI reports and keep meeting minutes Keep document up to date for audit compliance.
- Participate in all business or equipment or personnel emergency response, initiatives or incidents as required.
- Compliance with company, legislative, regulatory, customer, environmental, insurance and safety requirements. Ensure all audit non-conformances have been addressed. Co-ordination of site Business Continuity Plans, insurance and legislative requirements
- Compliance with all company, legislative, Health & safety and environmental policies and procedures. Keep records for Statutory compliance.
- To stand in for the Facilities Engineering Manager as required.
- Carry out tasks allocated by the Facilities Engineering Manager
