Job Role: Health Care Assistant

Rates Of Pay: £11.00 – £12.00 per hour

Location: Birmingham

Shifts: Various shifts available

Dynamic Resourcing Services are looking for friendly and hardworking individuals to join our Care team, providing care and support to Children and Adults at our clients Care and Residential Homes.

Basic Duties:

• Assisting healthcare professionals in providing care to patients
• Taking and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
• Assisting with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with mobility and transferring patients
• Providing emotional support to patients and their families
• Observing and reporting any changes in patients’ condition to healthcare professionals
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program preferred
• Must have Previous experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care
• Ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately
